Shipping

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and submitted your order the cost will be automatically calculated and will appear on the shopping page. This occurs before the request for payment and is affected by factors such as the weight and size of your order, as well as your location and chosen shipping method. Postage costs are determined by Australia Post's Postage Assessment Calculator.

Sierra Ferrell is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are ordinarily dispatched within 1 business day dependent on warehouse volumes and may, in some cases, take up to 5 days to ship. The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select.

Within Australia
Standard Mail Delivery (AusPost) Registered 1-6 working days
Express Post (AusPost) Registered next working day (within network)

Rest of World
International Air Mail (AusPost) Registered 5-20 working days
All overseas orders are sent by international airmail. Tracking information may be available.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.

International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.

PREORDERS

We do try our best to be as accurate as we can with ship dates for preordered items, however due to a variety of factors beyond our control (including stock production, shipping and postage) these dates can be subject to change.

Please note when selecting shipping method at purchase that this refers to the Auspost level of service. Our warehouse team works to ship orders as fast and fairly as possible.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. Please contact us before sending anything back to Sierra Ferrell. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference.

Size or shirt not right?

If we are able to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Only unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged.

Wrong or damaged items

Please check size charts before ordering. If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.

Fabric colours

Physical garments and print designs can marginally vary in colour from what is displayed online. This is due to the nature of fabrics, print techniques and digital screen capabilities on various devices. Fabric weight and thickness varies depending on garments used.

Vinyl colours

Please note that due to manufacturing techniques, colour mixing and pvc availability that vinyl colours and effects may vary from the displayed images. We will always endeavour to display the product as close as it is expected to look.

Refunds

Should you choose not to have your paid-for order fulfilled, please note refunds will only be issued for the following cases: the ordered item is out of stock, the shipment is lost, damaged goods.

Note: Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to Bandtshirts.com.au. If the product you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.

How long will it take to get back a return or exchange?

Please allow at least 2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Does Sierra Ferrell have a shop front I can purchase, exchange or return an item to?

No, we use Love Police/Australian Tour Merchandising for our online fulfilment. Their warehouse is not open to the public for viewing or purchasing merchandise.

IMPORT TAXES/DUTY FEES FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS

For International orders, duty fees and charges can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are the responsibility of the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

UK customers please note: Customs charges are now applied to imports into the EU with a value over 15GBP.

Most of our orders are not affected by Import Taxes, however we cannot control any import taxes applied.
